Our Employee Benefits Reporting Service
(EBRS) is a communication tool that will enable you,
the employer, to provide each of your employees a written,
personalized outline of all individual benefits as well
as the cost of those benefits to the company. EBRS displays
the employee's total compensation, not just his/her
salary. Because of its flexibility, EBRS allows each
employee's benefits statement to be a true description
of both his/her individual benefits and the cost to
provide each benefit.
In addition to each employee's personal
benefit statement, you, the employer, receive a detailed
management report summarizing your entire benefits program,
a list of cost/benefit ratios per participant and a
comparative analysis with industry and geographical
averages. This report can be a valuable tool for benefit
analysis, budget planning and annual employee reviews,
all of which are crucial to you maintaining your competitive
edge.
